There are actually several reasons why an offer is not tracking correctly.
Within our "Log" Tab in the offer view, you are able to see what caused the issue.
|Not unique Track ID||
When the Unique TrackID feature is activated at the Limitations tab:
So, this appears, when the TrackID value is the same for 2 or more leads.
|Invalid COOKIE||For Cookie Based Tracking. This error appears, when there are any problems with cookies: they are switched off in the browser, the wrong pixel's placement, the click and pixel's firing are made in different browsers, pixel's firing was made without a click etc.|
|Invalid Offer ID||The wrong offer ID was used in the pixel|
|Invalid Hash, Invalid Hash Format||The incorrect hash value was used|
The first two errors could be seen in the Fired Pixels Log at the Log section of the Offer's edit page:
